Instructions

  1. Peel the asparagus and cook in salted water with a little butter and sugar for 15 minutes, let cool in the stock and then drain well.
  2. Toast the toast, brush with butter and top with ham, asparagus and cheese. Cut the tomatoes into slices, place on the cheese, season with salt and pepper and bake the bread under the grill.
  3. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
