Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites into snow. Sift the flour and mix with the remaining ingredients to form a thick dough. Let stand for 30 minutes, then fold in the egg whites.
  2. Melt clarified butter in a pan and bake small pancakes one after the other, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  3. We also have strawberries and homemade vanilla sauce.
  4. Cut leftover pancakes (rarely or never in our country) as a soup garnish into thin strips.
