Instructions

  1. Cut the bacon as small as possible or turn it through the meat grinder. Mix together with the minced meat and 1 egg. Season with salt and pepper. Shape 4 meatballs out of the meat mixture and fry or grill them. Fry the remaining 4 eggs from one side in a pan.
  2. Cut the rolls open and brush with ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard. Then cover with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Serve immediately.
  4. Tip: If you put the cheese on the still hot meatballs, it will melt slightly.
