Mix room-warm butter, egg yolks and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add the flour and the chopped almonds and use the dough hook of the mixer to work them into a smooth dough. Then knead a little with your hands.
Shape the dough into small hedgehogs in portions with a teaspoon and place on the baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 15 minutes and allow to cool.
Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. Dip the broad side of the hedgehog in the chocolate and decorate with chocolate sprinkles. Finally, paint the chocolate eyes and nose with a wooden stick.
