Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Halve the apple, remove the core, and cut into small pieces.
  3. Add the apple pieces, quark, and cream to the avocado, and puree until smooth.
  4. Add coconut blossom syrup to taste and stir to combine.
  5. Divide between 2 glasses, top each with 2 pecans, and serve.
