Instructions

  1. Puree the pulp of the avocados with the lemon juice. Mash the feta cheese with a fork and mix with the creme fraîche and the crushed garlic cloves. Then puree everything together and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Be careful with the salt, because the feta cheese is already salted. I like to let the cream soak in the fridge for a day.
