- 3 avocado (s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 packet feta cheese
- some lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper

- Puree the pulp of the avocados with the lemon juice. Mash the feta cheese with a fork and mix with the creme fraîche and the crushed garlic cloves. Then puree everything together and season with salt and pepper.
- Be careful with the salt, because the feta cheese is already salted. I like to let the cream soak in the fridge for a day.
