- 1 avocado (s), ripe
- 150 g oat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoon heavy cream
- salt
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 g fresh basil

- Peel and core the avocado and puree in a blender.
- Mix the goat cream cheese with avocado pulp in a bowl. Mix in the cream, lemon juice, olive oil and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Goes well with grilled food and fondue.
