  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 125 ml basil
  • 125 ml cashew nuts
  • 125 ml rocket
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 15 ml water
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper

Instructions

  1. First the avocado is peeled and cut into small pieces. Then you puree them together with the lemon juice, basil, cashew nuts and rocket until the desired consistency is achieved. Then stir in the olive oil and the water. If you like it a little more liquid, you can add a little more water. Finally, season with a little salt and pepper.
