Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch basil
  • Pine nuts, toasted
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, approx., Possibly more
  • water, (cooking water from the noodles)
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 250 g pasta

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the avocado. Pluck the basil, wash.
  2. Put all ingredients (except the ger. Parmesan) in a taller container and puree with the hand blender. Finally, mix in the grated cheese and round off with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the pasta.
  4. If you like it a little thicker, you can use the pasta cooking water to stretch the pesto!
