  • 1 avocado (s), very ripe
  • 10 tomato (s), dried
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 40 g pine nuts
  • Leaves basil
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Dice the avocado, finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and basil. Put the ingredients with the pine nuts in a blender and puree. Add olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir into the spaghetti and serve.
