- 250 g spahetti
- 1 avocado (s), very ripe
- 10 tomato (s), dried
- 2 cloves garlic
- 40 g pine nuts
- Leaves basil
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- pepper

- Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the packet.
- Dice the avocado, finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and basil. Put the ingredients with the pine nuts in a blender and puree. Add olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir into the spaghetti and serve.
