Ingredients
- 1 avocado (s)
- 0.5 ½ mango (s)
- 12 tomato (s), dried
- Pine nuts
- Parmesan
- salt and pepper
- Lime juice
- Oil, possibly from the dried tomatoes

- Chop the avocado, mango and sun-dried tomatoes and place in a tall container with the pine nuts, salt and pepper. First add the oil (I always use the dried tomatoes) and a little lime juice and mix.
- Serve with pasta and parmesan.
