- 1 lemon (s)
- 2 avocado (s), ripe
- 150 g sour cream
- 100 g cream
- salt and pepper

- Wash the basil, finely chop the leaves, squeeze the lemon.
- Halve the avocado, puree the meat with lemon juice, add all the ingredients (the lemon prevents the avocado cream from browning).
