Ingredients

  • 150 g avocado (s)
  • 100 g bell pepper (s), yellow
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 225 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 135 g tuna in its own juice
  • 15 g pine nuts
  • 15 g olive oil
  • 50 g sheep cheese, reduced fat
  • 25 g lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • dill

Instructions

  1. First, roast the pine nuts in a coated pan without additional oil or fat until golden brown.
  2. Meanwhile, wash the peppers, zucchini and cherry tomatoes, cut into small cubes and place in a medium-sized bowl. Press the garlic or chop it very finely, dice the sheep`s cheese (or feta) in the same way as the colorful vegetables.
  3. Then peel and core the avocado and cut into evenly sized pieces (approx. 1 - 2 cm). Drain the tuna thoroughly and chop with a fork.
  4. Then pour the juice of a squeezed lemon and the olive oil over the vegetables.
  5. Now mix all the ingredients and season with salt, pepper, a little oregano and plenty of fresh dill.
  6. This refreshing salad not only convinces with a variety of vitamin and nutrient-rich ingredients, but is also characterized above all by high-quality fatty acids, which are essential for a healthy cardiovascular system.
