Halve and core the avocado, remove the skin and cut the flesh into pieces.
Chop the garlic and add it. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and add them. Season everything vigorously with salt and pepper, mix carefully. Then decorate with a little balsamic vinegar.
The salad tastes good as a snack or as a starter, but also wonderful with home-baked bread or with nuts, e.g., Almonds.
