- 3 tomato (s) depending on size
- 1 clove garlic
- some salt and pepper
- some crema di balsamic vinegar

- Halve and core the avocado, remove the skin and cut the flesh into pieces.
- Chop the garlic and add it. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and add them. Season everything vigorously with salt and pepper, mix carefully. Then decorate with a little balsamic vinegar.
- The salad tastes good as a snack or as a starter, but also wonderful with home-baked bread or with nuts, e.g., Almonds.
