- 1 handful parsley, chopped
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper

- Dice the date tomatoes and avocado and place in a small bowl. Slice the spring onions and add them to the bowl.
- Mix the dressing ingredients with the whisk and stir into the salad together with the chopped herbs. Let it steep briefly.
