Instructions

  1. Put the avocado out of the shell in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add lime juice, salt and pepper and stir.
  2. Toast bread without fat in a pan. Then add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Then fry the fried eggs.
  3. Spread the avocado cream and bacon on the bread and top with the fried eggs.
