- 1 avocado (s)
- 1 packet bacon
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 lime (s)

- Put the avocado out of the shell in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add lime juice, salt and pepper and stir.
- Toast bread without fat in a pan. Then add 2 tablespoons of oil to the pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Then fry the fried eggs.
- Spread the avocado cream and bacon on the bread and top with the fried eggs.
