Instructions

  1. Slice the ripe avocado along the core, twist off one half. Put the second half with the core in the fridge with lemon juice.
  2. Brush the bread with herb butter. Cut the avocado into strips, peel off the skin and place the pieces on a sandwich. Pepper and salt.
  3. Add some raw vegetables like peppers, radishes or cucumber.
