Wash and slice the tomatoes. Halve the avocado, remove the core and shell and cut into slices, as well as the mozzarella.
Arrange everything alternately on a platter or a plate. Tomato, mozzarella, avocado, tomato, etc. Drizzle with the salt and the white balsamic vinegar.
Wash the basil, roughly chop it and sprinkle over it. Pour olive oil (I also often use garlic oil) over it and grind black pepper over it.
A good (!) Balsamic vinegar is also very tasty when drizzled over it.
