Instructions

1. Spoon out the avocados and scrape out the vanilla pod. Put the avocado meat, vanilla pulp and all other ingredients in a blender and mix on the highest level for about 1 minute. The consistency should be nice and creamy. Fill into glasses and refrigerate for half an hour.
