Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees circulating air.
  2. Beat the avocado meat with the cane sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer until soft. Add the egg and beat until frothy. Mix the baking powder and cocoa together and add to the batter. Beat the dough until a thick dough is formed. Fold in the dark chocolate.
  3. Place small heaps with two tablespoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press a little flat. Put in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the outside is a bit hard.
  4. Let cool down and enjoy.
