Instructions

  1. Peel the avocado, remove the core and dice (5 mm), acidify with lime juice.
  2. Core the green apple and cut into cubes of the same size, finely dice shallots.
  3. Finely dice the ginger and the pitted chilli pepper.
  4. Mix everything together and add oils and vinegars and mix well.
  5. Season with sugar, salt and pepper, finely chop the coriander and fold in.
  6. If necessary, let the tartar drain off if it is placed on a spoon or plate, e.g. with a tablespoon. Otherwise it happens very easily that too much of the marinade (= sauce) is added, then it soups. This can be prevented by simply adding the tartare without sauce and possibly only napping with some of the marinade.
