Instructions

  1. Halve the avocado, remove the core and peel it from the peel with a spoon. Halve the lime and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Puree the avocado pieces very finely with the lime juice, sugar, vanilla sugar and a little yoghurt. Add the rest of the yogurt and stir well. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully.
  3. Fill into glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios. Chill until ready to serve.
