Halve the ripe avocado, hollow out and immediately drizzle with the juice of the lime / lemon. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Put half of the diced onions together with the avocado, cream cheese and the finely chopped garlic cloves in a bowl and puree with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the remaining diced onions.
