- 2 avocado (s), ripe
- 50 g cream cheese
- 2 small onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
- some lime juice

- Halve the ripe avocado, hollow out and immediately drizzle with the juice of the lime / lemon. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Put half of the diced onions together with the avocado, cream cheese and the finely chopped garlic cloves in a bowl and puree with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the remaining diced onions.
- Can be served as a dip with crackers, chips or raw vegetables or tried as a spread.
