Ingredients

  • 1 kg cream cheese
  • 4 onion (s), red
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 12 g salt
  • 2 bunches chives
  • 200 g cream
  • 200 g sour cream

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Peel and press the garlic. Cut the chives into small rolls. Mix everything together vigorously in a large bowl. Possibly add a little more cream if the mixture is too firm for you. Goes very well with fresh baguette.
