Instructions

  1. Squeeze 1 grapefruit, peel the others (including the white skin) and cut into slices across the fillets.
  2. Clean, wash, peel the lettuce and spin dry. Peel and halve the avocado.
  3. Puree 1/2 avocado with the grapefruit juice, mix with yogurt and lime zest. Season with salt and cayenne pepper.
  4. Cut the remaining avocados into slices and drizzle with lime juice. Season the shrimp with salt and cayenne pepper.
  5. Arrange the ingredients on plates, pour the yoghurt and avocado sauce over them and sprinkle with chives.
