Instructions

  1. Halve and peel the avocado. Puree with garlic, olive oil and basil leaves to make a pesto. Save some basil leaves for garnish.
  2. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Mix the spaghetti, avocado pesto, salt, pepper and 10 - 12 tomato halves in a pan and let everything get hot for 3 - 5 minutes over a medium heat.
  4. Garnish the avocado noodles with tomato halves and basil leaves and sprinkle with a little parmesan.
  5. Avocado spaghetti not only taste delicious, they are also healthy, especially when it comes to our cholesterol levels. With additional ingredients, the pasta can be adapted in taste for meat lovers.
