Instructions

  1. Cut open the avocado, remove the stone and cut the flesh into small pieces. Dice the tomatoes, drain the corn and put everything together in a bowl. Add a few dashes of lemon juice, vinegar and oil. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Delicious as a dip e.g. on a buffet or as a homemade spread.
