Coriander greens or parsley, smooth, finely chopped
salt and pepper

Instructions
Cut the tuna and avocado into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice and mix with the ginger. Mix the liquid ingredients into a sauce and pour over it. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve sprinkled with the herbs.
