Ingredients

  • 50 g iner, freshly rated
  • 300 g tuna, fresh, raw
  • 1 avocado (s)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (rice vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon oil (sesame oil)
  • Lemon juice
  • Coriander greens or parsley, smooth, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the tuna and avocado into small cubes, drizzle with lemon juice and mix with the ginger. Mix the liquid ingredients into a sauce and pour over it. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  2. Serve sprinkled with the herbs.
