Halve the avocado, remove the stone, remove the pulp and cut into small pieces. Mix immediately with lemon juice.
Mix the yogurt, cucumber and garlic in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and herbs. Add the avocado and fold in carefully. Season again to taste.
Chill until ready to eat.
Tip: If you leave out the cucumber, it`s a great dip or spread.
