Ingredients

• 4 sausages, crackers, Frankfurter, Wiener or others
• 4 slices cheese
• 4 slices bacon, pork belly or other
• Oil, for frying

Instructions

1. Halve each sausage lengthways
2. Cut the cheese into strips the width of the sausage
3. Place a cheese strip between the halves of each sausage
4. Wrap one slice of bacon around each sausage and secure the overlap with a toothpick
5. Fry the wrapped sausages in a pan over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes until the cheese melts and the bacon is crispy
