Ingredients

• 4 sausages, crackers, Frankfurter, Wiener or others
• 4 slices cheese
• 4 slices bacon, pork belly or other
• Oil, for frying

Instructions

1. Halve the sausages lengthways.
2. Cut the cheese into strips the width of the sausage and place between the halves. Then wrap the sausage with the bacon. Pin the ends with a toothpick.
3. Then fry the sausages in a pan until the cheese has melted and the ham is crispy.
4. Everything you want tastes good with it (e.g. fresh bread, mixed salad, potato / meat salad, etc.)
