Soak the azuki beans in plenty of water overnight. Then cook for 50 minutes without salt.
In the meantime, cut an onion into small pieces and fry it. Now season the beans. Then add the fried onions.
Now toast the buns.
Now add the mustard, the spices and the garlic to the beans, knead vigorously, add the breadcrumbs, the beans must break open. Then shape the meatballs out of them and fry them in a little rapeseed oil.
Finish the burger with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, paprika, cress and ketchup or BBQ sauce.
