Instructions

  1. Fry the bacon in the pan until crispy.
  2. In the meantime, mix the cheese with the cream until you get a nice cream. Press garlic and stir in. Finally add the cooled bacon cubes and stir everything well.
  3. As a variant, you can also use chives and parsley instead of the bacon. Then, however, season with salt and pepper.
