Instructions

  1. Beat the egg in a small bowl.
  2. Place one sheet of strudel pastry on a baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  3. Cover with part of the bacon until the pastry is covered.
  4. Place a second sheet of strudel on top, brush with beaten egg, and cover with the remaining bacon.
  5. Place the final sheet of strudel on top, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle caraway seeds over the top.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for 10 min.
