Place 1 sheet of strudel pastry on the bottom of a baking sheet and brush with a bit of beaten egg, then cover with part of the breakfast bacon until the strudel pastry is covered. Place another sheet of dough on top and repeat the process. Finish the whole thing with a sheet of strudel dough - add the egg to this again and sprinkle the caraway seeds over it.
Bake in a preheated oven (approx. 170 degrees) for approx. 10 minutes!
