- Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes. Then peel and cut into slightly thicker slices or corners. Leave out the bacon and add the potatoes.
- Deglaze with cream, add salt, pepper and garlic according to taste. Finally, fold in the herbs.
- Goes well with herring or pan-fried dishes. Please do not prepare in the pan, but in a saucepan with a large surface.
