Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes as jacket potatoes. Then peel and cut into slightly thicker slices or corners. Leave out the bacon and add the potatoes.
  2. Deglaze with cream, add salt, pepper and garlic according to taste. Finally, fold in the herbs.
  3. Goes well with herring or pan-fried dishes. Please do not prepare in the pan, but in a saucepan with a large surface.
