Instructions

  1. Roll out the toast slices as thinly as possible with the kitchen wood and brush them thinly with butter. Press the slices with the butter side down into the hollows of a muffin tin (size 12). Leave 1 cavity free,
  2. Place one slice of bacon / ham in each of the toasted bread pan and break an egg in the middle of the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes.
