For the dressing, season the cream with a dash of vinegar and oil as well as salt and pepper. Wash and clean the lamb`s lettuce and pour the dressing over it. Mix eggs, flour, water, milk, sugar and a pinch of salt to form a dough. Briefly fry 4 slices of bacon in a pan, then immediately add plenty (1/3) of the pancake batter. Fry the pancake on both sides. Make two more pancakes from the rest of the batter, each with bacon. Then serve the finished pancakes with the lamb`s lettuce.
