Instructions

  1. Put the bacon in a saucepan and leave it out. Then add the onions and let them turn to glass. Add the caraway seeds and the juniper berries and fry them. Put the sauerkraut in the saucepan and fill up with the broth. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Close the pot and cook for a good half an hour. Add the honey before serving.
