Put semolina in a bowl and pour hot broth over it and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
Mix bacon cubes, dumpling bread, eggs, crushed garlic, parsley, flour, salt, pepper and stir in the semolina - leave to stand for about 15 minutes - then form dumplings, roll them in a little flour and soak in the boiling water and simmer for about 15 minutes to let.
