Instructions

  1. First cut the turkey into 4 equal pieces and season with salt and pepper. Then fry on both sides in the pan with oil.
  2. At the same time cook the gnocchi in a water bath according to the instructions and place in a large baking dish.
  3. In another pan, heat the Gorgonzola, the cream and the garlic clove with a little vegetable stock. Add the spinach.
  4. When the meat has cooled down a bit, wrap each piece with a strip of bacon.
  5. When the cheese has melted, stir the sauce and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  6. Pour the sauce over the gnocchi and distribute, then add the meat. Then cook at 175 degrees for about 35 minutes until the bacon is crispy. Then sprinkle with a little tarragon and serve.
