Ingredients
- 800 g turkey meat
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- 500 g nocchi
- 250 g Goronzola
- 200 ml cream
- 1 clove garlic
- 80 ml vegetable stock
- 400 g spinach
- 4 slices bacon, thin
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ nutmeg, grated
- 1 teaspoon oregano

- First cut the turkey into 4 equal pieces and season with salt and pepper. Then fry on both sides in the pan with oil.
- At the same time cook the gnocchi in a water bath according to the instructions and place in a large baking dish.
- In another pan, heat the Gorgonzola, the cream and the garlic clove with a little vegetable stock. Add the spinach.
- When the meat has cooled down a bit, wrap each piece with a strip of bacon.
- When the cheese has melted, stir the sauce and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Pour the sauce over the gnocchi and distribute, then add the meat. Then cook at 175 degrees for about 35 minutes until the bacon is crispy. Then sprinkle with a little tarragon and serve.
