Ingredients

  • 500 g nocchi
  • 150 g Goronzola
  • 150 g cream
  • Nutmeg, (freshly grated)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Basil, fresher

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi in salted water. In the meantime, heat the cream in a saucepan, remove the crust from the Gorgonzola and cut into small pieces. Dissolve in the cream while stirring with a whisk. Season with a little salt (not too much, the cheese is already salty!), Freshly ground pepper and nutmeg, and finally add some fresh basil leaves. Drain the gnocchi, pour the sauce over them - enjoy!
