- 200 g Goronzola
- 200 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
- 50 g butter or mararine
- 1 packet basil, (frozen)
- 1 clove garlic

- Chop the garlic clove very finely. Mix the Gorgonzola, Philadelphia, butter, basil and garlic with a hand mixer until creamy.
- Great with baguettes or as a dip for raw food platters.
