Ingredients

  • 150 g Goronzola
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • 75 g butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 baguette (s)
  • 1 bunch basil

Instructions

  1. Mix the first five ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Cut approx. 1 cm thick slices from the baguettes, brush with the cheese cream and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Dry in a preheated oven at 100 ° C for about 1 hour. Place 1 more basil leaf on each slice.
  3. Tastes warm and cold.
