Ingredients
- 1 package gnocchi, fresh food counter, but better homemade
- 0.25 kg ¼ gorgonzola
- some thyme, fresh
- 50 ml cream
- kg ⅛ parmesan
- Spinach, amount as desired
- 1 packet walnuts
- 200 ml milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon butter
- some oil (walnut or olive oil)
- 2 large cloves garlic

- Heat a little oil (not too hot). Break the walnuts a little and add. Panning. As soon as the oil is absorbed, pour the maple syrup over it. As soon as this has caramelized, add a little butter. Salt at the end. Put aside.
- Meanwhile, liquefy the Gorgonzola in the cream and milk in a saucepan. Add pepper and a little thyme.
- In another saucepan, cook the spinach together with the garlic (in one piece).
- Boil water and season with salt, prepare the gnocchi according to the package insert or a gnocchi recipe.
- Pass the cheese / cream-milk mixture through a sieve, add the spinach and nut mixture. Pepper and salt again.
- Serve the gnocchi, pour the sauce over it, rub a lot of parmesan over it.
