  • 450 g spinach, frozen
  • 175 g blue cheese (Bavaria Blu the spicy)
  • noodles
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi

Instructions

  1. First cook the required amount of pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. In the meantime, defrost the spinach in a saucepan and then melt the blue cheese in it. Now add the garlic cloves and season with salt, pepper and Maggi to taste.
  3. When the pasta is done, drain it and finally mix it with the spinach. If necessary, season again to taste.
